The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests.
For privacy and security reasons, unregistered visitors are not permitted at the villa without prior approval.
Peaceful Surroundings
Villa Piedra sits in a quiet hillside setting above Acharavi, surrounded by nature and open views.
We kindly ask guests to respect the peaceful atmosphere of the area.
Quiet hours are generally expected during the late evening and night to ensure a calm environment for everyone.
Outdoor Safety
During the dry summer months, please be especially careful with cigarettes, BBQ use, and anything involving open flames due to the natural surroundings.
Energy & Sustainability
Please switch off air conditioning, lights, and electrical appliances when leaving the villa to help us reduce unnecessary energy use and respect the surrounding environment.
BBQ Use
The outdoor BBQ area is available for guest use. Please use it responsibly and ensure it is fully extinguished after use.
Keys & Access
Please take care of the villa keys during your stay. Lost keys or lock replacements may result in additional charges.
Parking
Private on-site parking is available for guests. Please drive carefully along the access road and respect surrounding properties.
Parties & Events
To preserve the atmosphere of the villa:
Parties, events, or large gatherings are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Guests are welcome to smoke in outdoor areas, provided cigarette waste is disposed of carefully and responsibly.
Children & Safety
Families are very welcome at Villa Piedra.
For safety reasons:
Children must always be supervised, especially around the pool and outdoor areas.
Swimming Pool
The private pool is one of the highlights of the villa and is there for your enjoyment throughout the day.

We’ve designed Villa Piedra to feel like a comfortable home, and we simply ask guests to treat it with care during their stay.
If anything is accidentally damaged, please let us know so we can sort it quickly.
