Villa Piedra Acharavi
These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings at Villa Piedra. By confirming a reservation, you agree to the following simple terms, which help ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone.
1. About Villa Piedra
Villa Piedra is a privately owned holiday home in Acharavi, Corfu.

2. Booking & Confirmation
We work on a request-based booking system. Bookings require a minimum stay of 5 nights.
Your stay is confirmed once:
Availability is confirmed
Payment terms are agreed
You receive a written booking confirmation from us
We are always happy to answer questions before confirming your stay.
3. Payments
To secure your booking:
A deposit is required
The remaining balance is due upon arrival
If payment is not completed on time, the reservation may be cancelled.
4. Cancellation Policy
We understand that travel plans can occasionally change unexpectedly. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 21 days before arrival. After this period, the booking deposit becomes non-refundable, and unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for no-shows or early departures. If any unforeseen circumstances arise before your stay, please feel free to contact us directly, we will always do our best to be fair, understanding, and helpful wherever possible.
5. Security Deposit
A refundable security deposit may be requested before arrival.
This simply helps us ensure the villa is treated with care.
It may be used in the unlikely case of:
Damage to the property or items
Missing items
Excess cleaning required after departure
Any unused amount is fully refunded after check-out.
6. Check-in & Check-out
Check-in: from 16:00
Check-out: by 10:00
A member of our team will personally welcome you upon arrival, introduce you to the villa, and provide any helpful information for your stay. Early check-in or late check-out may be possible upon request, subject to availability and existing bookings.
7. Guests & Occupancy
Maximum occupancy: 6 guests
Only registered guests are allowed to stay at the villa
This helps us maintain privacy, safety, and comfort for all guests.
8. Pool & Safety
The villa includes a private swimming pool and jacuzzi.
Use of the pool is at your own responsibility.
Children must always be supervised.
There is no lifeguard on site.
Please enjoy it safely.
9. Responsibility & Liability
We want every guest to have a safe and comfortable stay.
However, we cannot be responsible for:
Personal accidents or injuries
Loss or theft of personal belongings
Temporary issues outside our control (weather, utilities, etc.)
10. Force Majeure
In rare cases, events outside our control (such as extreme weather, travel disruption, or government restrictions) may affect your stay. In these situations, we will always communicate clearly and fairly.
11. Access to the Property
We may need occasional access for maintenance or emergencies. If this is ever required during your stay, we will always try to inform you in advance.
12. Legal Information
These Terms are governed by Greek law.
Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction of the Greek courts.
